In three trips to Africa, David Mboya is the best guide I have encountered. He is incredibly knowledgeable and knows where the game is as well as all about each species. He is an amazing game and bird spotter. He could see a sunbird with naked eye that I couldn’t spot with binoculars. As a birder, I truly appreciated his extraordinary ability. Cornelius gave us a great understanding of history and plants and both guides were endlessly cheerful, patient and pleasant. Guides make the trips, as you know.
I can’t say enough good about the pleasant accommodations, the beautifully situated camps, the sundowners and the good food. And they surprised us with a truly memorable sundowner at Piyaya before our night drive. We watched the sun go down over the Serengeti plain in great style.
