Our family travelled with your company this summer to Serengeti Safari camp and Loliondo camp and then down to the Selous. We had the most amazing holiday, for which we thank you.
I am writing to you though to express our heartfelt thanks to our guide in the Serengeti, Jacob. Richard and I have been on safari before and so we have experience of guides with which to compare.
Jacob made our holiday! From the moment we met him he engaged with us and our children (10, 13 and 16). He shared his impressive knowledge of Tanzania’s flora, fauna, people and culture. He was generous with his time and presence.
He kept us safe (!), informed and entertained. He also from our perspective was incredibly respective yet efficient in his management of others at the camp.
I cannot recommend him more highly – you have a star employee with I hope I bright future in your company.
