We had the most
fabulous trip and loved it. Ken was our guide and we could not have asked for
more. He is personable,knowledgable, dedicated and loyal and the consumate
professional. We learnt so much from him and his experience. We loved the camps
amd their different experiences and doubling back to Loliondo was no problem.
All the facilities were excellent with every detail thought of. We particularly
appreciated the hot water bottles to remove the chill in the bed! We were so
impressed by your staff; loyal, professional and superbly trained without
exception.....
.... Your
arrangements were perfect. On our way out we were met by a guy at Kilimanjaro
who asked for us by name and escorted us through Visa, immigration etc very
efficiently which made what might have been a tight connection very relaxed and
easy. Arriving at Lobo was an experience and made us appreciate
that we were really a long way from civilisation! Ken of course was there
to meet us but the other passenger who got off worked for another camp and
there was no one there to meet him. He asked Ken whether cell phones worked
"No" was the response, Fortunately a truck did turn up to collect him
but I would not have wanted to be stranded there! Thank you so much for all
your care and attention to the details, our trip was flawless and great. I have
a feeling we will be back for more and we will be recommending Nomad to
whomever will listen.
